Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had beautiful and clean rooms with plenty of space for our family, but the service was indifferent to complaints and lacked consideration for guests. The location was convenient near key attractions, yet there were some noise disturbances late at night. The dining options were good but needed more available seating. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for improvement in service and noise levels.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and clean, providing plenty of space for my family. The hotel's proximity to the wharf, Cannery Row, and the Steinbeck trail was fantastic. The service was super friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel was perfect, clean, and very cozy, with the downside of rooms with 2 beds lacking balconies. The service was always friendly and efficient but missed informing about the balcony situation. The location was great, near Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf, though lacking seating and trash-free tables in the breakfast area. The dining was delicious and convenient, but not organized well for flow. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable.
Staying at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were directly accessible from the street, which gave a sense of insecurity, but being in an end unit made it a bit more private. The rooms were large with big comfy beds, but they were in need of an urgent makeover with rips in the curtains and stains on the chairs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had the added charm of a working gas fireplace, which felt beautiful and romantic. However, the uncomfortable bed and the gas line leak leading to the fireplace burner were disappointing. The service was above average but lacked empathy about us being outside, and it felt quite non-social. The location was excellent for exploring bars and restaurants in Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf, making it a perfect spot for a stopover. The dining could have been a little better, but it still made me feel at home until lunchtime. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were large and comfortable, with a quaint working fireplace and a lovely veranda to relax on. The balcony offered a stunning sea view. However, the hotel seems a bit old and could benefit from some renovations.
